1. Attendance Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide timely notice results in forfeiture of the make-up lesson opportunity.
Make-up lessons are scheduled three times per quarter, subject to availability and at the school’s discretion. The assigned teacher for make-up lessons may vary.
No make-ups or rescheduling for lessons cancelled during holidays or scheduled school closures.
Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before their lesson. Any lost time due to late arrival will be deducted from the lesson.
A 30-day written notice is required to discontinue lessons. Failure to give notice may result in charges for remaining lessons.
2. Payment Policy
Tuition fees are due on or before the 1st of each month.
Payments received after the 5th incur a $25 late fee.
Automatic payments can be authorized to process on the 1st monthly.
Accepted payment methods: checks, Zelle, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and cash.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the desired refund date.
Refunds apply only to the unused portion of prepaid lessons and are subject to approval.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Processing or administrative fees will be deducted. Additional fees (shipping, handling, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Full money-back guarantees apply only to unused services.
4. Discounts
Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition when multiple siblings enroll for a full year; discount is revoked if one sibling withdraws.
Annual Prepayment Discounts:
$20 off 30-minute lessons (group or online, 48 lessons/year)
$30 off 45-minute lessons (in-person or online, 48 lessons/year)
$40 off 60-minute lessons (in-person or online, 48 lessons/year)
5. Referral Program
Open to current students only.
Referrer receives a free month (4 lessons of 45 minutes) after the new student completes 3 months.
No referral limits. Referrals must be disclosed at new student enrollment.
Free lessons are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other services.
Program subject to change or termination with notice.
Fraudulent referrals may lead to disqualification.
School is not liable for disputes between referring and referred students.
6. Code of Conduct
Students, parents, and guardians must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students.
Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of lessons without refund.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision of minors before and after lessons.
Instructors reserve the right to end a lesson early if behavior interferes with teaching.
7. Safety and Supervision
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian before the lesson begins and after it ends unless otherwise agreed.
The school is not responsible for students outside scheduled lesson times.
All students and visitors must follow facility safety rules and emergency procedures.
8. Privacy and Media Consent
By enrolling, you consent to the use of photos, videos, or recordings taken during lessons, recitals, or events for promotional or educational purposes unless you notify the school otherwise in writing.
Personal data is collected and used per our Privacy Policy.
9. Materials and Equipment
Students are responsible for providing their own instruments unless otherwise agreed.
The school provides lesson materials, which remain the property of the school or instructors.
Damage to school property or loaned instruments due to negligence may incur repair or replacement charges.
Use of personal equipment must be approved by instructors.
10. Holidays and School Closures
The school calendar with holidays and breaks will be provided annually.
No make-up lessons or refunds are provided for cancellations during these periods.
11. Emergency and Force Majeure Policy
The school is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or government mandates.
During emergencies, lessons may be postponed, moved online, or rescheduled at the school’s discretion.
12. Make-Up Lesson Policy
Make-up lessons must be requested promptly and are subject to availability.
Make-ups will be scheduled three times per quarter, with no guarantees.
No carry-over of make-ups beyond the quarter in which they are earned.
13. Termination and Suspension Policy
The school may suspend or terminate lessons for non-payment, repeated absences without notice, misconduct, or breach of policies.
Refunds for terminated students are at the school’s sole discretion.
