Welcome to INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™. This School Policy outline the rules and regulations for INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™.

Attendance Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend your lesson. If this notice is not given, the student will forfeit the opportunity for a make-up lesson.

Make-up lessons are scheduled three times per quarter and are subject to availability at our discretion. While we strive to accommodate students, please note that the teacher assigned for the make-up lesson may vary.

We reserve the right to charge your card for any remaining music lessons if you decide to stop your lessons, and we do not receive a 30-day notice in advance.

INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ does not offer rescheduled or make-up lessons for lessons that are cancelled during holidays.

All students must arrive at least 10 minutes before their lesson to ensure smooth transitions and avoid disruptions. This policy is in place to maintain a smooth schedule for teachers. Any missed time due to late arrival will be deducted from the lesson, with no extra time granted.

Please be aware that INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ requires a 30-day notice if you wish to discontinue music lessons. Failure to provide advance notice may result in a charge to your card.

Discounts

INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ provides a 10% discount on tuition fees for siblings enrolled in our programs for a year. It is important to keep in mind that if one sibling withdraws from the program, the remaining sibling’s tuition fees will return to the standard rate. (Updated as of September 9th, 2024).

You are eligible to get a $20 discount on 30-minute group music lessons and 30-minute online lessons, if you pay the full tuition for the entire year, totaling 48 lessons.

You are eligible to get a $30 discount on 45-minute in-person music lessons and 45-minute online music lessons, if you pay the full tuition for the entire year, totaling 48 lessons.

You are eligible to get a $40 discount on 60-minute in-person music lessons and 60-minute online music lessons, if you pay the full tuition for the entire year, totaling 48 lessons.

Do you prefer the convenience of automatic monthly payments? If so, please note that fees will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month.

Refer-A-Friend Program

The referral program is open to current students at INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ only.

The new student must enroll and attend classes for a minimum of 3 months in order for the referring student to receive their free month of lessons.

Upon completion of the new student’s 3 months of classes, the referring student will receive a free month of 45-minute music lessons, totaling 4 lessons.

There is no limit to the number of new students a current student can refer. Each successful referral will result in the referring student receiving a free month of lessons.

The referring student must inform INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ of the referral at the time of enrollment of the new student in order to receive credit for the referral.

The free month of lessons may only be redeemed for 45-minute music lessons and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services offered by INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™.

The referral program may be subject to change or termination at any time by INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™. Any changes will be communicated to current students in a timely manner.

INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.

By participating in the referral program, current students agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ regarding the program.

INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ is not responsible for any disputes or disagreements that may arise between current students and referred students as a result of the referral program. By participating, students agree to release INPLAY SCHOOL OF MUSIC™ from any liability in connection with the program.

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a refund only if a written notice is provided at least 30 days in advance of the desired refund date. Refunds will not be processed for any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the desired refund date.

To request a refund, customers must submit a written notice via email or mail, clearly stating the reason for the refund request and the desired refund date. The request will then be reviewed and processed in accordance with our refund guidelines.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10-14 business days of the requested refund date. Any processing fees or administrative charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred during the refund process, including but not limited to shipping fees, handling fees, or any other applicable charges.

Please note that refunds are subject to approval and may be denied or delayed based on the individual circumstances of each refund request. Moreover, keep in mind that even though we offer a full money back guarantee, we will issue a refund only for the unused portion of the service.

Payment Policy

Payment of fees is expected on or before the 1st of each month. A charge of $25 will be assessed for payments received after the 5th of the month.
